An independent producer, songwriter, music publisher and bassist Dave is also the Tour Manager for Dolly Parton. He has a deep love for all kinds of music from country to rock to R&B. Dave’s diverse and extensive professional experience includes touring with Dottie West, Lorrie Morgan and rock band Cinderella. He has done studio work with legendary producer Bill Szymczyk (The Eagles), multi-platinum artist Tracy Lawrence, Toby Keith as well as countless other recordings. For the past 12 years he has produced many artists and bands such as Angel Nash, Lake Effekt, The Roosters.

Rodney Good’s career in the music business has spanned almost 20 years so far and counting.  He takes those years of experience and pushes forward in the studio, on the road and in his everyday life.  Good got his start in the music industry while he was attending Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. Through the years, Good has worked in many different roles in the industry.  He’s worked as a singer, guitar player, engineer, producer, band leader, songwriter, & studio manager. In addition to all his work in Nashville, Good also plays guitar on the road with his wife Jamie O’Neal.

Jamie O’Neal grew up on the road. She started her career at a young age performing with her family band, The Murphy’s. The road brought her to Nashville where she found great success as a singer and songwriter.  Jamie launched her career with back-to-back #1′s “There Is No Arizona” and “When I Think About Angels.”  She won the ACM’s Top New Female Vocalist award and was named the Top New Country Artist by Billboard. She has toured with Reba McEntire, Kenny Chesney, Martina McBride, Alan Jackson and Toby Keith.
